WTC Nonprofit Innovators Lab
The Nonprofit Innovators Lab is an 8-week intensive designed for aspiring and early-stage nonprofit founders who are ready to move from vision to viable structure. Housed within COST (Creating Organizational Structures for Transformation), this lab equips leaders with the strategic clarity, governance foundations, and operational systems necessary to launch sustainable, fundable, and community-impacting organizations. Participants develop a clear mission and vision, conduct a feasibility study, and design a flagship program with measurable outcomes, establish basic data and governance systems, and build a funding readiness roadmap with a 90-day execution plan. More than a workshop, the Innovators Lab is a structured formation experience that helps founders build with excellence, integrity, and long-term impact.
